My friend was treated for dipression and bipolar couple of years ago , which was a wrong diagnosis by the doctor so she changed the doctor and found out it was not dipression or bipolar but something else and now she is all good and has a great job and all , will the USCIS medical doctor have access to the medical records or will it affect her case in anyway to receive greencard , the attorney says that would not be a problem , any idea?
