Yes, it is possible to change into F2. You need the F2 I-20, copy of H1B receipt, etc. It is pretty easy and was fast last month ( just took about 20 days to get approved).

Hey! Guys, I have completed Masters here in USA. Right now on H1B and no job. How risk (changing H1b to F1) is it to go back to school in a community college? Serious suggestion is highly appreciated.
