Been in USA for 10 years and finally have a good life after quite a struggle...I am always in Dilemma about going back to Nepal for good.. Anyone feel the same? How do you assure yourself in staying even though you want to go back home. I do have a family here that wants to stay here...

I am very happy with my life here in US. I think I have pretty much accomplished everything I had planned to after coming here. Happy with a good family, a good job and a good house.
I have been here almost (not quite but almost) twice your stay in US and I don't need any convincing why I want to stay here. Because, I am planning to go back home for good, in a few years. It's just a decision I have made with my family and I am satisfied with that. Things will be different, expectations will be different. But this is just something I have chosen. I don't think there is a right or wrong. You don't have to stay here even if you are very happy here. The way I figured, I'd be happy anywhere I go as long as I have the right attitude and will get things done; and that if I don't have too high of an expectation from my place of stay. Disappointed are those who have irrational expectations. Aim high, but don't expect that every attempt you put in will result in success. Be reasonable in your expectations and you don't have to do any convincing either way.
