किन मागे प्रचण्डले डेढ अर्ब?
काठमाडौं। नेपालमा एउटामात्रै त्यस्तो भाग्यमानी पार्टी छ, जसले संविधानसभाको निर्वाचनकै मुखमा राज्य कोषबाट डेढ अबरुपैयाँ माग गरेको छ। त्यस्तो भाग्यमानी पार्टीको नाम हो– नेकपा (माओवादी) । बिहीबार प्रधानमन्त्री कोइराला,  एमाले  महासचिव माधवकुमार नेपाललगायतका नेताहरूसित प्रचण्डले गरेको यो मागमा उल्लेखित रकमको परिणाममा थोरै घटबढ  भए पनि माग पूरा हुने सम्भावनालाई बिल्कुलै अस्वीकार गर्न सकिँदैन। प्रचण्डको यो मागपछि गणतन्त्र र समानुपातिक प्रण्ालीमा अर्को आर्थिक माग थपिएको छ।
विभिन्न २२ बुँदे मागहरूसहित सरकार छाडेर संघर्षको घोषणा गरेको माओवादीलाई पुनः सरकारमा फर्काउनका लागि  बिहीबार सात दलका शीर्ष नेताहरूको बैठक प्रधानमन्त्री निवास बालुवाटारमा बसेको थियो। बेलुका साढे पाँचपछि उक्त बैठक बसे पनि बिहानैदेखि प्रमुख पार्टीका नेताहरूबीच दिनभरजसो छलफल भएको थियो। उक्त छलफलमा माओवादी अध्यक्ष   प्रचण्डले गणतन्त्र एवं समानुपातिक प्रणालीका साथै जनसेनाको भरणपोषणका लागि सरकारले १ अर्ब ५० करोड रुपैयाँ छुट्याएर आफूहरू सहमतिमा आउनसक्ने अडान राखेका थिए।दिनभरको गृहकार्यपछि नेकपा माओवादीले चुनाव अगावै गणतन्त्र घोषणा गर्नुपर्छ भन्ने आफ्नो प्रमुख माग फिर्ता लिएको छ । सात दलले संयुक्त अपिल एवं संयुक्त आमसभा गरेर गणतन्त्रप्रति प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गर्ने र संसदको विशेष अधिवेशनमार्फत्  
संकल्प प्रस्ताव पारित गरी चुनावमा जाने कुरामा माओवादीहरू सहमति भएको छ। आउँदो मंसिर ६ मै निर्वाचन गर्ने कुरापनि माओवादी सहमत भएको छ। तर, दिउँसोसम्म माओवादीले मंसिरको साटो चैतमा चुनाव गर्नुपर्ने माग राख्दै आएको  थियो।गणतन्त्रको मुद्दामा प्रमुख पार्टीहरूबीच सहमति भए पनि समानुपातिक प्रणालीका बारेमा माओवादीले आफ्नो अडान छाडेको  छैन। यसबारेमा आज सहमति हुने बताइएको छ। बैठकमा माओवादीले भनेको थियो– 'हामीले गणतन्त्र पनि छाड्यौं, मंसिर  ६ को मितिमा पनि सहमत भयौं, अब तपाईंहरू पूर्ण समानुपातिक प्रणालीमा सहमत भइदिनोस्। बिहीबार सात दलको शीर्ष  बैठक ५ मिनेटमात्रै बसेको थियो। बैठकमा गिरिजाले कांग्रेस एकीकरणबारे जानकारी गराउँदै भोलि अर्को बैठक बस्ने सन्दे शमात्रै सुनाएका थिए। दिउँसो बैठकका लागि सहमति जुटाउन दौडधूप गरिरहेका नेकपा एकताकेन्द्रका महासचिवप्रकाशसित  माओवादी अध्यक्ष प्रचण्डले भनेका थिए– 'गिरिजाको नेतृत्वमा संविधानसभाको चुनाव हुँदैन।' तर, नेकपा एमालेका   महासचिवले विधानसभासम्म गिरिजाकै नेतृत्वमा अघि बढ्नुपर्ने बताएपछि प्रचण्डले आफ्नो अडान परिवर्तन गरेका थिए।
स्रोतका अनुसार, आज बस्ने बैठकले पूर्ण समानुपातिक प्रणालीमा सहमति जनाउने सम्भावना छ। नेकपा एमाले पनि यस  अघिदेखि नै पूर्ण समानुपातिक प्रणालीको पक्षमा रहँदै आएको छ भने विभिन्न जातीय संगठनहरूले पनि पूर्ण समानुपातिक प्रण्ालीको माग गर्दै आएका छन्।
सबैभन्दा पुरानो पार्टी नेपाली कांग्रेसले महासमितिको बैठकमार्फत् औपचारिकरुपमै गणतन्त्रमा जाने निर्णय गरेपछि मुलुकको  अवरुद्ध राजनीतिले निकास पाउने सम्भावना बढेको हो। नेपाली जनता र अन्य पार्टीको बारम्बारको आग्रह र दबाबपछि नेपाली कांग्रेस गणतन्त्रमा सहमत भएको हो।
एमाले महासचिवको आपत्ति नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी (एमाले)का महासचिव माधवकुमार नेपालले माओवादीद्वारा आफ्नो व्यवहार नसच्याइए उनीहरूसित  सहकार्य तोडिन सक्ने चेतावनी दिनुभएको छ। बुधबार धादिङमा माओवादी आक्रमणबाट घाइते भएका एमाले कार्यकर्तालाई  शिक्षण अस्पतालमा भेट गरेपछि महासचिव नेपालले माओवादी व्यवहारलाई गुन्डागर्दीको संज्ञा दिनुभयो। यस्तो गतिविधि बे 
लैमा नसच्याए यस्तो गुन्डागर्दीमा नेतृत्वको हात रहेको प्रमाणित हुने उहाँले चेतावनी समेत दिनुभयो।
कांग्रेसमा असन्तुष्टि यसैबीच नेपाली कांग्रेस एकीकरणपछि सो प्रक्रियामा असन्तुष्ट हुनेहरूको संख्या थपिदै गएको छ। संस्थापक नेता भट्टराईले  कांग्रेसबाट राजीनामा दिएको २४ घण्टा नबित्दै बिहीबार २७ जिल्लाका पूर्व सभापतिहरूले सम्मानजनक एकता हुन नसकेको  गुनासो पोखेका छन्। त्यसैगरी कांग्रेसका तारानाथ रानाभाट, ओमकारप्रसाद श्रेष्ठलगायतले गणतन्त्रमा जाने पार्टी निर्णयको   विरोध गरेका छन्। पार्टी एकीकरण भएको ३ दिन नबित्दै देखापरेका यी असन्तुष्टिहरूले नेपाली कांग्रेस एक ढिक्का भएर  चुनावमा जाने कुरामा शंका उत्पन्न भएको छ।

Maoists Transfer Nepalese Money from India to Switzerland

 I am a Swiss national and practice Buddhism. I have been to Lumbini,
 Nepal, the birth place of Siddharta Gautama and other places like
 Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lukla, Gorkha and several Himalayan regions, many
 times. I love Nepal the way Nepalese do.
 The reason I have so much affection towards Nepal may be because my
 professor and mentor, the late Tony Hagen, renowned economist and very
 popular with Nepalese people, loveed Nepal more than his own country,
 Switzerland. He never tired of talking about Nepal.
 Though I am a native of Zurich, the German speaking city of Switzerland,
 I am currently residing in Rue de Rhone (Rhone lane or avenue) of
 Geneva, the French speaking part of the Swiss confederation. I have been
 here three years because of my employment contract with the Swiss Bank,
 "Credit Suisse". All of Switzerland's major banks are located within
 walking distance.
 It is the reason most of the employees of different banks come to a very
 popular eatery, "cafe de Geneve" to have their breakfast and lunch. At
 these times, we always try to outsmart our colleagues and friends of
 different banks by initiating a very hot or new item of talk. Swiss
 tradition is that whoever has a new or very hot topic is considered to
 be a smarter than the others. But the topic should be genuine and
 authentic. Anyone can lose his or her image for a whole lifetime if he
 or she tells an unreliable story. So, the Swiss people have a habit of
 speaking based on authenticity.
 Very recently, we were all outsmarted by our friends at another bank. I
 was particularly shocked because the topic was related to Nepal, my
 dream country and by faith my mother country because Buddhism was born  
in Nepal.
 The very hot item of talk was so shocking that if the people of Nepal
 listened to it, they would have a million watt electric shock. The
 leaders of the Maoist Party including ministers of the present Nepal
 Government, namely, Prachanda (Pushpa K. Dahal), Dr. Baburam Bhattarai,
 Krishna Mahara, Hishila Yami and others were here to transfer a huge
 amount of money from Indian Banks to major Swiss Banks. The amount of
 that money is even more shocking because it is in the hundreds of
 million Euros. If the people of Nepal ask the Swiss Government, it can
 influence the Swiss Banks for the disclosure of the amounts and the
 account holders.
 For my part, as a person having deep affection towards Nepal, I will do
 my best to find things in details but the Nepali people should
 understand my limitations as an Assistant Manager. The Nepali people
 should ask the Swiss Government to freeze the money as soon as possible
 otherwise the Swiss politicians could be bribed by the Banks to keep the
 Bank's secrecy.
 It has also been said that some European Union members are helping the
 Maoists to transfer money to Swiss Banks. Why are the capitalist western
 countries helping extremist radical Maoists is beyond my understanding
 which could be a good subject of research for the people of Nepal.

सत्तामा नरहेर नै ब्रम्हलूट गर्न पाइने भएपछि, संविधानसभा र संविधान दुबैलाई कछाड र लगौँटी  बनाएर मुलुकलाई यति सारो निचोर्न पाइने भएपछि, तीस चालिस हजार मगज धोइएकाहरूको भिडले मुलुकलाई बन्धगी राखेर जे माग्यो त्यही पाइने भएपछि , प्रचण्डेका कपालमा जेल जम्ने नै भयो ।

यस्ता कुहिएका, मगज बिग्रेका , सभ्य संसारको दृष्य नदेखेका पोल पटका चेलाचपेटाका खटनपटनमा २१ औँ शताब्दिको एउटा मुलुक गुज्रनु, स्वयं मुलुक र त्यसमा बसोवास गर्ने अभागी जनताको दुर्भाग्य बाहेक केही हैन ।

हे ईश्वर यिनको सर्वनाश गरी मेरो मुलुकलाई जोगाऊ !!!
