If you are in USA then you can post the resumes in dice.com or monster.com and so on. Generally employers review your resume and contacts you.

I've passed computer Engineering from TU. I'm currently working as system administrator at Iowa. But they pay too less, I can't find any programming job here, If you know please assist me. thanks

Pathibhara, Rentacoder is good if you want to make a extra money on side. Maarpha, That is a lot of technologies. I have experience with C++,C, JAVA, JAVA EE, .NET, Linux, Embedded XP, Microsoft Mobile, POS For .Net
Salary must be good for all those technologies right.
