"The guidance, issued in a cable the State Department sent to embassy and consular officials and examined by KFF Health News, directs visa officers to deem applicants ineligible to enter the U.S."
"The cable also encourages visa officers to consider other conditions, like obesity, which it notes can cause asthma, sleep apnea and high blood pressure, in their assessment of whether an immigrant could become a public charge and therefore should be denied entry into the U.S."

एकजना अमेरिका छिर्ने बेलामा सामान को तौल २-३ पाउण्ड बढी भएको कुरा सुने पछि वरिपरि एक नजर लगाए पछि लौ भन्नुस मेरो लगेज लगायत मेरो तौल संग अर्को यात्रीलाइ देखाउदै त्यसको तुलना गर्नुस अनि मलाइ जबाफ दिनुस ( उ थिए १४०-१४५ पाउण्ड अनि अर्को यात्री दुई सिट नभई बस्न नसक्ने देखिन्थ्यो रे ) कुरा सुन्दा त तर्क संगत नै थियो अनि चुपचाप Tyag लगाईदियो रे | कहिँ नियम बनाउनेले पनि हवाई जहाज कम्पनि बाट कमिसन पाउन लाइ त होईन ?
