Dear Sajha Friends Is It possible to change status from H1 to F2 while the spouse is on pending H4 to F1 ? If the answer is yes, could anyone in this forum guide me through this process! I am not in a position to hire attorney that is why I am asking help from the Sajha friends who have in-depth knowledge or at least has gone through this process .

It is perfectly possible. Only thing you need to worry is if for some weird reason, your wife is denied with her conversion, she will not have her status to fall into. So, if you have no concern regarding her approval, you should apply for it.
