Hi,

I was there on student visa. My student visa has expired and I am here at Nepal now.I have to reapply for it but one thing is that i was caught at gas station selling alcohol to minor and they made my criminal record also and had to go to jail and court too. They sure gonna see that record, what is my chance to renew the visa and what should i tell to councelor if they asked why i was there at store working w/o DHS authorization. Any Suggestion from the friend who have gone through this situation will be highly appreciated.
