Immigration law expert of Sajha. I did not renew my TPS the last time it was up for renewal because I had applied for adjustment of status through marriage and through it I got my work permit. It is up for renewal but I haven't received my interview date yet. Can I get my new EAD through TPS this time ? after a gap of a year without ? Thanks in advance.

If your last EAD has the expiration date mentioned below, it is automatically renewed.
