Guys
Does anyone have any accurate information on how Melamchi was stopped (if I have the right info?).
Does anyone know if any hydro projects have been stopped in the implemention level or even at the initial stages?

Projects are stopped in Nepal in Dreaming level not in implementation or initiation level.

I think Hisila told the doner that they will do by own way, they did not agree on commission.
