Somebody pls tell me these new winners will be there just for writing new constitution or for ruling the govt too coz I have heard the same old govt will be in power till these new winners finish off writing new constitution>

Who knows how long does it take.......... You should allow them at least 8 years to come with new constitution. So, they are not just for constitution writing. They will have double term equivalent life before the new constitution becomes active.
